Can't get dinner tonight. Not the biggest deal but the app just cancels the order without asking if you want it back as app credit or card refund. Can't wait to get dinner tonight when my money comes back in 3-4 days. Customer service doesn't have a "make it right" ability either when it comes to that. I get off when all my stores close and don't have a car. At least contact me and ask if I can change the item with something similar before cancelling and screwing me over.

User feedback of our product
The app is great and easy, and customer support has been awesome when I needed it one time. My only gripe is that there are much fewer restaurants available than on other delivery apps, and the ones that are duplicated on other apps sometimes have a more limited menu on GrubHub, which is odd. This could just be an issue in my area (New Orleans). If I was paying for the upgrade to premium I would choose a different service only because of those things.
